Fast or slow, social or stubbornly silent, beginner or marathoner – Fitness First Home Run lets you run your commute your way. Discover our four routes designed to get you home as swiftly and scenically as possible, exploring London on your way.

Sign up to buy a season for £15, book your run and hand over your bags for a burden free journey above ground. Each route runs twice a week and, by purchasing a season, you can book yourself onto both runs. All runs are free for Fitness First members#GetFitGetHome!

Starting in the heart of the city, runners head off east towards Whitechapel Road. They then follow Mile End Road running through Mile End Park heading towards Bow Road. The group then continues to head in a northeasterly direction along Stratford High Street with views of the Orbit, before finishing by Stratford Station.

Finish location: Stratford station

Distance: 7 km / 4.35 miles

Days: Monday and Wednesday

Start time: 6:15pm

Bank to Clapham Junction
via Waterloo

The route runs along the Southbank, past the London Eye and Big Ben before heading south along the Embankment. Runners will then cross over Chelsea Bridge running through Battersea Park before completing the last few kilometres home to Clapham Junction.

Distance: 11.06 km / 6.87 miles

Days: Tuesday and Thursday

Start time: 6:15pm

Waterloo pick-up: Junction of Chicheley Street and Belvedere Road, 6:25pm

Tottenham Court Road
to Highbury

From Tottenham Court Road, the route heads towards Great Portland Street, and then along the Outer Circle of Regents Park. Runners then go through Camden before heading towards the Emirates Arena, finishing in Highbury.

Distance: 7.41 km / 4.6 miles

Canary Wharf
to Waterloo

Starting at Westferry station, runners follow the river towards Wapping before passing Tower Bridge and Tower of London. The group then continues along the river crossing at Southwark Bridge before making its way along the Southbank and finishing at the London Eye.

Distance: 7.95 km / 4.94 miles
